Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Creator – Content (Digital Media) to lead our visual storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short‑form platforms. In this fast‑moving role you will shape the brand’s voice, produce eye‑catching video and photo assets, and mentor junior creators to ensure a consistent, high‑quality output that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, stays ahead of emerging trends, and can translate data‑driven insights into compelling, shareable content.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short‑form videos and photographic content that align with brand strategy and platform best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research and monitor platform analytics to refine storytelling techniques and boost engagement metrics such as views, likes, shares, and follower growth.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging social media trends, translating them into actionable content ideas.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, provide creative direction, and mentor junior creators and freelancers on storytelling, editing, and visual design.
  • Manage end‑to‑end production workflows, including budgeting for props, licensing music, and coordinating with external agencies when needed.
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, copyright laws, and platform community standards.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to A/B test creative assets and optimize for conversion objectives.
  • Report weekly performance insights and propose iterative improvements to boost ROI on organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field; SMK or D3 graduates with strong portfolios are also considered.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience creating and editing video or photographic content for social media platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and narrative flow.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short‑form video trends, including algorithmic nuances and viral formats.
  • Strong communication skills, honesty, and a collaborative mindset; ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
