We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Parkir Profesional to join our growing team. This frontline role is critical to ensuring a safe, orderly, and pleasant parking experience for all visitors to our facilities. The successful candidate will operate in a high‑traffic environment, managing vehicle flow, assisting customers, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

The position is full‑time, with work days from Monday to Saturday and hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Whether you are just starting your career or looking for a stable, community‑focused job, this role offers a supportive environment where reliability and teamwork are truly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor entry and exit points to ensure smooth vehicle flow and prevent congestion.
  • Verify parking permits, issue tickets, and collect fees in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide courteous assistance to drivers, offering directions, answering inquiries, and resolving minor disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle counts, payment transactions, and incident reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to identify safety hazards, damaged equipment, or unauthorized parking.
  • Collaborate closely with security personnel, maintenance crews, and management to address emergencies or operational issues.
  • Uphold strict adherence to traffic regulations, signage, and company procedures at all times.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, cash handling, and emergency response.
  • Promote a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring that the parking lot is free of litter and obstacles.
  • Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities promptly.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limit; no upper age restriction.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though previous exposure to customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
