Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Operasional dan Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations, including managing correspondence, filing systems, and document archiving.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, meeting minutes, and official memos.
- Schedule and organize appointments, travel arrangements, and conference room bookings for staff and visitors.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, process procurement requests, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support the finance department with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic budgeting tasks.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a professional, courteous demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, access cards, and orientation materials.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and ensure that all administrative records are up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
- Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities during peak periods, such as month‑end closing or audit cycles.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 0–2 years of relevant experience in office administration or operational support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
