The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable and supportive environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum and learning style.
- Conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and English, ensuring concepts are clearly explained and understood.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, and provide detailed feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson outcomes, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the academic coordinator to develop enrichment activities, remedial programs, and exam preparation workshops.
- Stay current with national education standards and incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive resources.
- Foster a positive, motivating learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and self‑discipline.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development sessions to continuously improve instructional techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Language Arts, or a related field.
