Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to join our fast‑growing sales team. This frontline role is essential for driving brand visibility and increasing product uptake within the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be a professional, customer‑focused individual who can represent our brand with confidence, build strong relationships with retailers, and execute promotional activities that boost sales and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on‑site product demonstrations and tastings in supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets.
  • Maintain attractive and well‑stocked product displays according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Engage customers with persuasive communication, answering product queries, and highlighting key benefits.
  • Collect and report daily sales data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the regional sales manager.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and product samples.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision‑makers to secure optimal shelf space.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and initiate re‑stock requests when needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local regulations, including proper use of a valid SIM C and personal two‑wheel vehicle for travel between assignments.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, promotional tactics, and sales techniques.
  • Provide after‑sales support by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG in the Food & Beverage industry or a related field.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for independent travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a personable, approachable demeanor.
  • Highly disciplined, resilient, and able to work efficiently under tight schedules.
  • Deep understanding of the assigned sales territory, including local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
