Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Sales Promotor for the Lubuklinggau area. This pivotal role combines hands‑on field management with strategic oversight to drive sales growth, strengthen merchant relationships, and ensure flawless execution of promotional programs. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record in retail sales, team coaching, and market analysis, ready to take ownership of a vibrant sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned Lubuklinggau area.
- Conduct daily store visits to build and maintain strong relationships with store PICs (Persons In Charge) and key merchants.
- Ensure all promotional programs are executed on schedule, with proper placement of POP (Point‑of‑Purchase) materials and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with partner operational teams to gather intelligence on competitor activities, market trends, and field challenges.
- Lead a team of 15‑20 Sales Promoters, providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Monitor daily activities of promoters, track KPI performance, and generate actionable reports for senior management.
- Design and deliver initial onboarding training as well as periodic refresher sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, translating market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of store visits, promotional deployments, and sales outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor promotional offers that resonate with local consumer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or field promotion, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical skills for competitor and sales performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to build rapport with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing a team of 10‑20 field staff, with a focus on coaching and performance development.
- Proficiency in using mobile reporting tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel within the Lubuklinggau region.
