Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi Keuangan to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential in supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of a fast‑growing food and beverage (F&B) organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities
- Process daily invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the purchasing and inventory departments to verify cost allocations and inventory valuations.
- Support the budgeting cycle by gathering data, updating spreadsheets, and tracking variances against forecasts.
- Prepare and file statutory documents, such as tax filings and government reports, in accordance with local regulations.
- Respond to internal audit queries and provide required documentation promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to develop and maintain financial dashboards and analytical tools.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance colleagues, fostering cross‑functional understanding.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest automation initiatives, and assist in implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in accounting or finance is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting cycles, journal entries, and financial reconciliation.
- High level of commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or local ERP systems) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
