We are seeking a dedicated Staf Pendukung Operasional Harian to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facilities, supporting both front‑line staff and management. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks such as inventory checks, stock replenishment, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the supervisory team by handling routine documentation, reporting, and data entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor and uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas, including dining spaces, storage rooms, and service stations.
  • Participate in shift handovers, providing clear and concise updates on ongoing activities and any incidents.
  • Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to the scheduled work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by suggesting improvements to processes and offering assistance wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑25 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in food and beverage service or a related operational role is preferred.
  • Key Attributes: Responsible, disciplined, honest, and able to work well within a team.
  • Presentation: Clean, attractive personal appearance reflecting the company’s standards.
  • Skills: Strong customer service orientation, basic knowledge of food and beverage handling, and effective communication abilities.
  • Physical Ability: Capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required.
