Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks such as inventory checks, stock replenishment, and equipment maintenance.
- Support the supervisory team by handling routine documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas, including dining spaces, storage rooms, and service stations.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear and concise updates on ongoing activities and any incidents.
- Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to the scheduled work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by suggesting improvements to processes and offering assistance wherever needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior work experience in food and beverage service or a related operational role is preferred.
- Key Attributes: Responsible, disciplined, honest, and able to work well within a team.
- Presentation: Clean, attractive personal appearance reflecting the company’s standards.
