Responsibilities

  • Assist the head chef and sous chefs with ingredient prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store food items following proper food‑safety protocols.
  • Ensure all work stations are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service hours, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
  • Participate in daily briefings to review menu changes, special requests, and any operational updates.
  • Adhere strictly to sanitation standards, conducting regular temperature checks and proper waste disposal.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and workflow optimizations.
  • Maintain a professional attitude, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 26 years old.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean, precise work.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and follow safety guidelines.
  • Honesty, discipline, and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
