Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial – Negara, Jembrana (BNT) to join our dynamic collections team. This full‑time position is based in the Negara area of Jembrana and reports directly to the Regional Collections Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are recovered efficiently and in accordance with our strict compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collections activities for overdue loans, ensuring timely follow‑up and settlement.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, prioritizing cases based on risk level and outstanding balances.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection attempts, agreements, and outcomes in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring options.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommended corrective actions.
- Support the development of collection strategies by providing feedback on customer behavior and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements governing multifinance operations, including data privacy and fair debt‑collection practices.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve negotiation techniques and product knowledge.
- Represent Adira Finance in the community with professionalism, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for integrity and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are also welcome.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in collections, credit control, or sales in the multifinance sector is preferred.
- Maximum age of 34 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer relationship management tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational requirements.
- Willingness to work in the assigned location (Adira Finance office nearest to the candidate’s domicile).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
