Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales force across multiple territories. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives on prospecting, client servicing, and relationship management.
  • Build a cohesive, results‑oriented team culture through regular performance reviews, goal‑setting sessions, and team‑building activities.
  • Assist sales staff in resolving complex client issues, and accompany them during high‑stakes presentations or negotiations when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) that highlight performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure a unified approach to market penetration.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify buying patterns, forecast demand, and recommend inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
  • Core Skills:
    • Big Data analysis for sales forecasting.
    • Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency.
    • Sales analytics and performance tracking.
    • Effective use of modern sales tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and guide teams through challenges.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
