We are seeking a diligent Checker Operasional Produksi dan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, taste, and presentation. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams, quality assurance specialists, and management to maintain a seamless workflow from raw material intake to final dispatch.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods to verify compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Document all findings in the quality management system, highlighting any deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to adjust processes, calibrate equipment, and resolve quality‑related issues promptly.
- Perform routine checks on the cash register (Sistem Kasir) and ensure accurate transaction recording during shift changes.
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to production and quality control.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Train new staff on quality checkpoints, hygiene practices, and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of new product lines by conducting preliminary quality assessments and offering suggestions for process optimization.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B sector is a strong advantage, though fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
