Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cold and hot beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic stand area, including regular wiping of surfaces, proper waste disposal, and adherence to health‑safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and ingredients, and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, answer product queries, and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, share workload, and support one another during peak hours.
- Adhere to the company’s dress code and uniform policy, including wearing the prescribed hijab for those who choose to do so.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, food safety, and customer service excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the position specifically requests a hijab‑wearing female who is unmarried.
- No current commitments to school or other employment that would interfere with shift availability.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, agility, strong work ethic, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team and be flexible to be assigned to any stand location as needed.
- Ability to observe daily prayers without interruption to work duties.
- Good physical and mental health; mobile candidates are preferred.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
