Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Purwodadi, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach by promoting our diverse product portfolio to both existing and new customers. As a Sales Officer, you will act as the primary liaison between the company, distributors, and end‑users, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact through post‑sale support.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, presenting company products in a compelling manner to both existing and new clients.
- Secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial data, verifying information, and completing all necessary customer documentation and credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and payment locations, ensuring clarity on all financial obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, finance, and logistics—to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise.
- Track sales performance against targets, generate regular reports, and propose strategic initiatives to improve market penetration.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on new offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or a related sales role; experience in the same industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.
