Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential borrowers, inviting them to join Amartha’s micro‑loan programs.
- Conduct on‑site economic assessments of households, providing tailored financial guidance and ongoing support to members.
- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare concise recommendation reports for the Credit Committee, highlighting borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and suggested loan terms.
- Accompany members to weekly service meetings, monitor transaction activities, and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, update the CRM system in real time, and report key performance indicators to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and other Amartha teams to expand outreach and improve financial literacy.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to help refine product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are highly preferred.
- Age: Up to 33 years old. No upper age limit is imposed beyond this maximum.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in field sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach is a plus.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily field travel.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field across Banyumas and other Amartha branches as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with rural households.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (e.g., using social media or messaging apps for outreach) is advantageous.
- Readiness to stay in provided mess accommodations on an optional basis, facilitating flexible field schedules.
- Commitment to a Monday‑Friday workweek, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend visits for urgent borrower support.
