Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kepala Restoran Senior – Pengelolaan Operasional dan Tim to lead one of our flagship dining locations. This senior management position is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and meets its financial targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid background in restaurant operations, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Our establishment is part of a rapidly growing hospitality group that values innovation, high‑quality service, and a collaborative work environment. The role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and works closely with the culinary team, marketing, and finance departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, food safety, and cleanliness are consistently met.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure optimal staffing levels for peak and off‑peak periods.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs for front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
  • Maintain inventory control, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to secure quality ingredients while minimizing waste.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and seasonal menus that drive traffic and increase average check size.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
  • Foster a positive work environment by encouraging open communication, recognizing employee achievements, and addressing performance issues constructively.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience under pressure and capability to make swift decisions during busy service periods.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy for this specific location).
  • Key skills: Food and beverage service expertise, staff coaching, inventory management, and basic financial acumen.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for events or special occasions.
