Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Staf Operasional Dapur – Penyiapan Makanan dan Kebersihan to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role is the backbone of our food‑service operation, ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen prepared to the highest standards of taste, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Operasional Dapur: Prepare raw ingredients, measure spices, and cook menu items exactly according to standardized recipes; maintain a well‑organized workstation at all times.
  • Pelayanan Pelanggan: Greet guests with a friendly smile, accurately record orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring a courteous dining experience.
  • Kebersihan & Sanitasi: Conduct routine cleaning of cooking equipment, utensils, dining tables, and surrounding areas; follow HACCP and local health regulations to keep the environment spotless.
  • Manajemen Transaksi: Handle cash and electronic payments with precision, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales when assigned to cashier duties.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, label and rotate inventory using FIFO principles, and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, fellow kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house personnel to coordinate order flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform visual and taste checks to ensure each plate meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow proper lifting techniques, use personal protective equipment, and promptly report any safety hazards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates should be in their productive working years.
  • Experience: Entry‑level candidates welcome; prior experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is a plus.
  • Key skills:
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes.
    • Strong hygiene and sanitation practices.
    • Effective communication and friendly interaction with customers.
    • Basic cash handling and transaction management.
    • Physical stamina for lifting up to 15 kg and standing for long periods.
  • Personal attributes: Honest, disciplined, responsible, quick‑thinking, and capable of working under pressure, especially during busy periods.
  • Residency: Preference given to candidates living near the warung location for reliable punctuality.
  • Interest or prior experience in culinary arts is highly valued.
