We are seeking a motivated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian – Spesialis Laboratorium Farmasi to join our dynamic pharmacy laboratory team in Malang and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Prepare, test, and validate pharmaceutical formulations and compounded medications according to hospital protocols.
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including microbiological testing, stability studies, and quality control assays.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, batch releases, and inventory logs in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist pharmacists and clinicians in interpreting laboratory data to ensure optimal patient therapy.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment such as HPLC, spectrophotometers, and autoclaves, performing preventive maintenance as required.
- Participate in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance laboratory efficiency and safety.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and pharmacy interns on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during hospital rounds, contributing pharmaceutical expertise to patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency or out‑of‑hours requests, working rotating shifts to guarantee continuous laboratory support.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy (Farmasi) from an accredited institution.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license recognized by the Indonesian Pharmacy Association.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
- Willingness to work on a 24‑hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating honesty and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Residence in Malang or nearby districts, or willingness to relocate.
- Basic computer literacy, especially with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem‑solving aptitude, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
