Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date filing systems—both physical and digital—to facilitate quick retrieval of documents and compliance with record‑keeping policies.
- Prepare, proofread, and format a variety of business documents such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal memos using MS Office applications.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and book conference rooms, while handling travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for branch personnel.
- Enter and validate data in the company’s ERP or CRM systems, guaranteeing data integrity for inventory, sales, and financial reports.
- Assist the Human Resources team with onboarding paperwork, attendance monitoring, and the administration of employee benefits.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices, tracking petty‑cash transactions, and preparing basic financial summaries.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective procurement.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering courteous and professional service that reflects the company’s brand.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose streamlined workflows, and participate in periodic audits to uphold operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Age limit: maximum 25 years at the time of application.
