Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s automotive products to existing clients as well as new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet diverse customer needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation required for credit applications.
- Coordinate with the credit department to monitor the status of each application, providing timely updates and decisions to dealers and customers.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed about all transactional details.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, using CRM tools to track interactions, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and market research initiatives that support sales objectives.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as per company policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the automotive or related distribution sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) with active status.
- Flexibility to be placed in a location that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with occasional travel to client sites.
