To strengthen its collection team in the Takalar branch, we are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Collector Penagihan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are recovered promptly, supporting the company’s cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are taken within the defined timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of A/R aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options.
- Document all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to understand the original loan terms and any special conditions that may affect repayment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reports for branch management, highlighting successes, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards during the collection process.
- Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, legal aspects of debt recovery, and customer service excellence.
- Support the branch’s broader financial goals by contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory for new graduates).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with credit management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance Takalar office and adhere to the local work schedule.
