We are seeking a motivated Helper Operasional to join our dynamic team in Bantul. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and senior staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain a safe workplace, and contribute to overall efficiency. The role offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a solid foundation for professional growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of goods and equipment across various sites.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, including warehouses, offices, and production floors.
  • Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, labeling, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Operate basic machinery and tools safely, following company SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Provide logistical support for internal events, meetings, and client visits, ensuring all required materials are available.
  • Monitor and replenish consumables such as packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges promptly.
  • Report any incidents, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily operational reports and maintain accurate records of activities performed.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve technical skills and knowledge of company processes.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only, as specified by the role requirements.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a relevant vocational focus.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in an operational, warehouse, or support role.
  • Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) demonstrating a clean legal record.
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Basic communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability in adhering to the set work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
