We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Staff Crew Multifungsi (Part‑Time) to join our dynamic team in Kertosono. As a multi‑functional crew member, you will support a variety of operational areas, from customer service to inventory management, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and our customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive assistance to customers, answering inquiries and guiding them to products.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas according to company standards.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper placement and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and support stock‑taking activities.
- Support promotional setups, product displays, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of equipment and emergency procedures.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on store policies.
- Uphold the company’s values of honesty, discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.

- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional and presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to engage customers actively.
- Commitment to personal development, including participation in daily prayers (Shalat), Dhuha, and Quranic study (Mengaji).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
