The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our brand, marketing, and design teams to execute a monthly content production program that elevates Firstpage’s online presence and engages audiences ranging from Gen‑Z TikTok users to professional LinkedIn followers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit a comprehensive suite of deliverables each month, including:
- 16 short‑form videos for TikTok (repurposed as Instagram Reels)
- 4 static or carousel posts for Instagram Feed
- 1 long‑form YouTube video and 4 derived short‑form clips
- 8 regular LinkedIn posts, 1 document‑style post, and case‑study pieces
- Handle end‑to‑end content production, from concept ideation through final upload, ensuring each piece is ready for immediate publishing.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with platform best practices and brand voice.
- Coordinate on‑camera talent and voice‑over recordings, guaranteeing clear audio and engaging visuals.
- Maintain technical standards: use an iPhone 11 or newer for TikTok/IG Reels and a mirrorless or DSLR camera for YouTube long‑form content.
- Collaborate with the Firstpage editorial team to repurpose content efficiently, maximizing reach while minimizing production overhead.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide monthly reports that highlight engagement, view‑through rates, and insights for future optimizations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, platform algorithm changes, and new creative tools to keep Firstpage’s content fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience producing digital video and social‑media content for brands.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling ability, with a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.
- Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English for caption creation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver consistent quality on a monthly cadence.

- Reliable access to required hardware: iPhone 11 or newer, and a mirrorless/DSLR camera for long‑form shoots.
