Introduction
PT Technomas Internusa Mitra, in partnership with PT Bahtera Pesat LintasBuana, is seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our expanding Wi‑Fi sales force in the Cilacap area. As a Sales Lapangan Wi‑Fi (Inet Rakyat), you will be the front‑line ambassador of our broadband services, connecting households, small businesses, and community centers to reliable internet. This role offers a stable base salary combined with a highly attractive performance‑based incentive structure, allowing motivated candidates to significantly increase their earnings through successful customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new residential and small‑business customers within the designated Cilacap territory.
- Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and technical overviews of our Wi‑Fi solutions, highlighting speed, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of leads, following up consistently to convert inquiries into active subscriptions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service packages while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory coverage using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to coordinate installations, troubleshoot initial connectivity issues, and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the service department.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to the regional sales manager.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and community outreach events to stay updated on new features and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold a professional, courteous, and trustworthy image of the company at all times, building long‑term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with D3 or S1 are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related field services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with diverse customers.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones for using sales apps, GPS navigation, and mobile documentation.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field on a full‑time basis, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule).
- Valid identification documents (KTP), driver’s license (SIM), and, if available, tax identification (NPWP) and previous employment references.
- Self‑discipline, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
