Responsibilities
- Pick items from designated storage locations following the warehouse management system (WMS) instructions, ensuring correct SKU, quantity, and FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) rotation.
- Pack orders according to the packing list (WL) with meticulous attention to detail, verifying product quality, proper labeling, and secure packaging.
- Operate handheld PDA devices (AF and WMS) to record picks, confirm quantities, and update inventory in real time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols and occupational health guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and the quality control department to resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Monitor and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or process bottlenecks to the shift leader.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to streamline workflow and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years; maximum age: 45 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honest, diligent, and proactive attitude with a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using PDA devices and basic Warehouse Management System functions.
- Basic computer skills (e‑mail, spreadsheet, and inventory software).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and daily targets.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per shift.
