Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Sistem dan Operasional to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity for recent high school or vocational graduates to gain hands‑on experience in both system administration and day‑to‑day operational support. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will interact directly with customers, internal staff, and external partners while contributing to the smooth running of our business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor computer systems used for administrative tasks, ensuring hardware and software are functioning optimally.
  • Perform routine data entry, update customer records, and generate daily operational reports.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating workflow across different departments to meet service level agreements.
  • Provide front‑line customer service, responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support inventory management by tracking supplies, ordering replacements, and conducting regular audits.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to document standard operating procedures and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle basic troubleshooting of office equipment (printers, scanners, POS systems) and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, offering feedback and ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous learning initiatives, such as on‑the‑job training and online courses, to develop technical and soft skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • All genders welcome.
  • Basic computer literacy with an emphasis on administrative software (MS Office, email, inventory systems).
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
  • Friendly and customer‑focused attitude; ability to handle inquiries with patience and courtesy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Open to candidates with little or no prior work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
