Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Operasional Wilayah Jabodetabek to join our growing operations team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities across the Jabodetabek area, ensuring that service standards are met and exceeded.
- Assist customers on‑site and via phone, providing timely solutions and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, service completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate records of operational tasks, inventory movements, and incident reports using our internal management system.
- Work closely with logistics, sales, and field teams to schedule deliveries, pickups, and on‑site visits, adapting to shift changes as required.
- Participate in regular training programs and safety briefings to stay current with industry best practices.
- Support the planning and execution of special projects, including pilot programs and process improvement initiatives.
- Travel within the Jabodetabek region to cover multiple operational sites, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, proactive communication, and continuous improvement among peers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: up to 25 years old.
- Residence: must be based in Jabodetabek or surrounding areas.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, operational support, or a related field (experience can be part‑time or internship).
- Willingness to work in shifts or according to schedules set by the company.
- Ready to be deployed to any operational location within the region as business demands evolve.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving customers positively.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities; able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and complete training programs successfully.
