Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and classroom activities in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and administrative staff to design interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom climate that encourages respect, curiosity, and academic integrity.
- Monitor and support students’ social‑emotional development, referring them to counseling services when appropriate.
- Engage in continuous self‑improvement by staying current with educational trends, pedagogical research, and language acquisition methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
- Age: Between 18 and 50 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate (minimum status: mahasiswa).
- For candidates holding a high school (SMA) or pesantren diploma, documented teaching experience is required.
- Demonstrated good character: honesty, reliability, and strict adherence to school regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms, interactive whiteboards, and basic office software.
- Ability to create a motivating learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Commitment to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
