We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan Ritel with a strong background in customer service to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and electronic payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations that enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all signage, displays, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation, preparing reports on sales volume, returns, and any discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members across sales, floor staff, and management to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and data privacy.
- Work under pressure during peak hours, maintaining composure and efficiency while meeting service standards.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, POS updates, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 35 years old, with a flexible approach to experience level.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail cash handling or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency with cash register systems, basic math, and familiarity with retail software (e.g., Sistem Kasir).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, honesty, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
