Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to our exacting standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries about coffee origins and preparation methods.
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and accurately handle daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a spotless work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate restocking needs to management.
- Assist in training new team members on brewing techniques, service protocols, and safety standards.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with local food‑service guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with fellow baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation during both morning and evening shifts.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal offerings, and promotional events to keep the customer experience fresh and engaging.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work a two‑shift schedule (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic barista skills or a genuine willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining high quality standards.
