Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Administrator Operasional Administrasi to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in office administration. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, providing a stable schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, guaranteeing easy retrieval of documents and compliance with company record‑keeping policies.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, and simple formulas to support reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Support payroll and human resources activities by preparing attendance sheets, updating employee records, and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across departments to ensure projects stay on schedule and administrative bottlenecks are resolved quickly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current posting specifies a preference for female candidates.
  • Age: Maximum 26 years old.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting, and table creation).
  • Soft Skills: Honesty, discipline, responsibility, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
