Introduction

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join our field collection team in Makassar. The role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow for our financing portfolio and ensuring that customers receive clear, courteous communication about their repayment obligations. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will work directly in the community, visiting debtor locations, handling sensitive financial discussions, and supporting the overall recovery process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive the daily visitation schedule from the operations hub and execute the assigned routes efficiently, covering the designated geographic area while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
  • Proactively remind customers whose payment due dates are approaching, using a professional tone to explain the consequences of missed payments and to offer convenient repayment options.
  • Conduct collection activities for accounts with arrears ranging from 1 to 60 days, documenting every interaction in the company’s CRM system and escalating cases that require higher‑level intervention.
  • When necessary, coordinate the repossession of vehicles financed through Adira, ensuring that all legal paperwork, verification of ownership, and internal approval processes are correctly followed before any physical action is taken.
  • Hand over collected cash or payment vouchers to the teller desk and transfer any repossessed vehicles to the warehouse, attaching all supporting documents such as collection reports, release forms, and condition checklists.
  • Educate customers on the use of the Adiraku mobile application for installment payments, guiding them through registration, login, and transaction steps to promote digital adoption.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, update status reports, and provide feedback to the supervisor on route efficiency, customer sentiment, and any obstacles encountered in the field.
  • Collaborate with the legal, finance, and customer service departments to resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans, and protect the company’s assets while preserving customer goodwill.
  • Adhere strictly to the working schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and attend periodic training sessions on collection best practices and regulatory updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Male gender as specified by the current operational policy.
  • No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcomed.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures, especially those related to debt recovery and vehicle repossession.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a calm and persuasive demeanor when handling difficult conversations.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile applications and familiarity with common office software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, as the role involves daily travel across Makassar.
  • Physical stamina to conduct field visits, sometimes requiring lifting documents or small equipment.
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality awareness, and a commitment to uphold the company’s reputation.
