Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Penjualan dan Administrasi Toko to join our retail team. This role is perfect for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers while keeping store operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming store, managing inventory, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our digital content creation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
  • Monitor and record stock levels daily, perform regular inventory counts, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as processing sales transactions, updating sales reports, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Create and edit short promotional videos or social media content using CapCut or similar editing tools; willingness to learn editing skills is essential.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering product questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, suggest merchandising improvements, and support sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with store security procedures, including loss prevention and safe handling of cash.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop in‑store promotional displays and support seasonal campaigns.
  • Adhere to the uniform policy, wearing the designated S‑size uniform with a maximum weight limit of 53 kg as stipulated.
  • Work a flexible schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 26 years or younger.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs, sales performance, and inventory turnover.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Quick adaptation to new tools, especially video editing software like CapCut.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physical fitness to meet the uniform weight requirement and handle store duties.
  • Commitment to maintaining store security and following safety protocols.
