We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Teknologi Informasi to join our fast‑growing IT team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior developers, system administrators, and support staff to ensure that our software applications, databases, and hardware infrastructure run smoothly and securely.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and MySQL while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Write clean, modular JavaScript code to enhance front‑end interactivity and improve user experience.
- Perform routine software and hardware troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, documenting root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design system enhancements, and conduct thorough testing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, support tickets, and resolution procedures.
- Provide first‑line technical support for internal staff, handling hardware setup, software installations, and network connectivity problems.
- Participate in regular code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, including regular updates, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent SMK IT certifications are also considered.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an IT role, preferably within a software development or support environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PHP and MySQL database management.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Strong hardware knowledge, including PC assembly, peripheral setup, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating system installation, configuration, and security hardening.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Additional Requirements: Must own a personal laptop for remote tasks, be male (as specified), and be no older than 25 years old at the time of hiring.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
