- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhering to sanitation protocols and health regulations at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion and beauty trends through continuous education, industry workshops, and social media research.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to create a harmonious work atmosphere and achieve daily salon targets.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring punctuality and minimizing client wait times.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma, SMK, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist or beauty consultant in a reputable salon or fashion environment.
- Proven mastery of diverse haircut techniques for both male and female clients.
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, styling tools, and current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high work ethic, consistently delivering quality results.
- Team‑player mindset: capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive salon culture.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional adjustments for special events.
