Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Account Officer (Collection) to join our dynamic team at the Purbalingga branch in Jawa Tengah. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strengthening customer relationships through effective accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will be a motivated male professional with at least a D3/D4 education, a strong sense of integrity, and a passion for meeting and exceeding collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete collection cycle for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) ranging from 61 to 120 days.
- Initiate timely follow‑ups via phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure prompt payment from delinquent borrowers.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring options while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payment agreements, and customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with credit analysis, underwriting, and legal teams to resolve complex cases and mitigate credit risk.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and internal process improvements.
- Support the development of collection strategies that align with Adira Finance’s overall business objectives and target‑driven culture.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Age: No strict upper limit, though candidates under 30 are preferred.
- Gender: Male.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, effective negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Purbalingga branch office.
