Introduction

Minut, a fast‑growing player in the consumer goods distribution sector, is seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan (Sales Supervisor) to lead and expand its sales operations across the region. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and territory coverage models aligned with market trends.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare concise performance reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and on‑the‑job training to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and effective promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market competition, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for product positioning.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and forecast reliability.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during peak sales periods and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Honest, responsible, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
