As a key player in the bancassurance channel, you will act as the bridge between our insurance solutions and the banking network, delivering tailored financial protection products to a diverse customer base.
The role is ideal for individuals with a passion for financial services, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market a portfolio of bancassurance products—including life, health, property, motor, travel, and education insurance—to the customers of partner banks.
- Conduct thorough needs‑analysis consultations, presenting customized financial solutions that align with each client’s risk profile and life goals.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with bank relationship managers, branch heads, and end‑customers to enhance product penetration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company, while adhering to underwriting guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: prepare policy proposals, submit applications, follow up on underwriting, and support claim submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, generate performance reports, and provide market feedback to the product development team.
- Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and product certification programs to stay current on industry trends and new offerings.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and underwriting teams to develop promotional campaigns and tailor product features for specific bank segments.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, recommending strategic adjustments to improve market share.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the insurance or banking sector, preferably with exposure to bancassurance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex insurance concepts in a clear, client‑friendly manner.
- Professional appearance and a results‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to change, excellent client‑relationship management, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Core competency in the following areas (preferred): life, health, education, property, motor, travel insurance, and public speaking.
- Gender: all genders accepted; age limit up to 35 years.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to partner bank branches across Indonesia as needed.
