Introduction
JS Group is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Supervisor Teknologi Informasi (SPV IT) to lead the day‑to‑day IT operations across our corporate headquarters and retail stores. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on problem‑solver with at least five years of experience managing servers, workstations, and network infrastructure in a fast‑moving retail environment. This role reports directly to the Head of IT and works closely with store managers, the audit team, and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on local servers and all company computers, including cleaning, hardware upgrades, software installations, antivirus updates, and performance tuning.
- Monitor and control colocation servers remotely on a daily basis, ensuring uptime, applying patches, and managing scheduled backups.
- Execute regular backups of critical data to external hard drives and verify integrity of backup sets.
- Prepare and configure computers for the company’s Bazaar and new store openings, installing required hardware components, operating systems, and business applications.
- Develop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule for all IT assets, coordinating with IT staff both at the headquarters and in each retail location.
- Administer fingerprint attendance machines: register new users, perform daily data extraction, generate monthly attendance reports, and deactivate devices for terminated employees.
- Photograph new products, upload images to the central catalog server, and ensure distribution to all stores for consistent marketing.
- Oversee CCTV systems across headquarters and retail sites, ensuring proper recording, storage, and retrieval of footage when needed.
- Collaborate with the audit team to conduct stock opname, acting as the primary hardware installer, software controller, and data entry specialist.
- Maintain printer supplies by refilling ink cartridges and ribbon rolls, and troubleshoot printer issues promptly.
- Manage corporate email flow, ensuring all inbound and outbound messages are correctly routed and archived according to compliance standards.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in server administration, workstation support, and network management.
- Proficient in database administration, network administration, and server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware installation, peripheral devices (printers, scanners, CCTV), and biometric attendance systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, enabling clear interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a cross‑functional team.
