Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential borrowers within the local community, presenting Amartha’s loan programs and encouraging participation.
  • Conduct thorough household economic assessments, offering personalized financial guidance to help clients improve income stability and business growth.
  • Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, survey results, and loan status updates in the company’s digital system.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process, contacting borrowers, negotiating repayment plans, and reporting delinquency trends to the supervisory team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal credit analysts, product managers, and regional supervisors to streamline the loan approval workflow.
  • Participate in community outreach events, workshops, and financial literacy sessions to strengthen Amartha’s brand presence.
  • Utilize personal transportation to travel across the assigned territory, ensuring timely coverage of all scheduled visits.
  • Provide regular feedback to the headquarters regarding market conditions, client needs, and potential areas for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years for special cases).
  • All genders are welcome; women are given preference.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for field mobility.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Resilience and toughness to handle challenging field conditions and diverse client personalities.
  • Basic digital literacy; familiarity with mobile data entry and CRM tools is a plus.
  • No prior experience required; however, any background in sales, community development, or micro‑finance will be considered an advantage.
