Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supir Pengiriman Cat (Delivery Driver) to join our logistics team in Denpasar. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting paint products safely and efficiently to our valued customers across Bali. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for on‑time delivery and excellent customer service in the highly competitive paint industry.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily delivery routes to residential, commercial, and contractor customers, ensuring timely arrival between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Verify that each shipment matches the customer’s order, checking product type, quantity, and packaging before departure and upon delivery.
- Operate company‑provided vehicles (Engkel/L300) safely, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools to optimize routes, reduce fuel consumption, and avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including signatures, delivery times, and any discrepancies or customer feedback.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to the fleet supervisor.
- Assist with loading and unloading of paint cans, pallets, and accessories, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, representing the company’s brand positively.
- Participate in periodic safety training and uphold the highest standards of workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A (preferably with B1 endorsement).
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience driving an Engkel, L300, or similar light‑truck vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of Denpasar and surrounding areas; proficiency with Google Maps or similar navigation apps.
- Excellent honesty, initiative, and high motivation to meet delivery targets.
- Physical ability to lift and move paint containers safely.
- Male candidates only, as specified by current company policy.
