To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Promotor Penjualan Elektronik to join our dynamic sales team. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work environment where you will engage directly with customers, showcase a wide range of electronic products, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate information about product features, specifications, and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand how each item meets their needs.
- Actively persuade and guide customers through the purchasing process, using proven sales techniques to close deals and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain optimal product presentation by arranging displays, rotating stock, and ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish shelves promptly.
- Collaborate closely with fellow sales associates, marketing staff, and store managers to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights, relaying this information to the merchandising team to help shape future product selections.
- Adhere to store policies, safety standards, and company code of conduct while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG‑B) within the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet performance targets.
- Proactive attitude with strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
