Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and host live‑stream events that showcase our product catalog on leading marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive live‑stream strategy aimed at increasing conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchase frequency.
- Research market trends and competitor livestreams to continuously refine content, format, and promotional tactics.
- Write compelling scripts, product narratives, and call‑to‑action prompts that highlight key features, benefits, and limited‑time offers.
- Engage with both existing and potential customers in real‑time, answering questions, handling objections, and creating a sense of urgency.
- Collaborate with the marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and seamless order fulfillment during and after each broadcast.
- Track performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, sales generated, and conversion ratios; use data insights to optimize future streams.
- Maintain a consistent on‑camera presence that reflects the brand’s voice—communicative, expressive, and persuasive.
- Prepare post‑stream reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a livestream host, sales promoter (SPG/SPB), or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to convey product value clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable working on‑site (WFO) at our office in TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan, six days a week, 6 hours per day (06:00 – 12:00).
- Proficiency with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and basic streaming equipment.
- Energetic, expressive, and able to think on the spot while handling live audience interaction.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program (full‑time availability).
