Introduction
PT ADIRA Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is expanding its sales force in Central Kalimantan. We are looking for dynamic, motivated women to join our team as Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) in the Kapuas, Muara Teweh, and Sampit regions. This role focuses on promoting our cash‑loan products secured by motorbike or car BPKB, driving both new acquisition and repeat business through face‑to‑face interaction and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ADIRA’s secured cash‑loan products, explaining loan terms, interest rates, and collateral requirements to prospective borrowers.
- Identify and qualify leads through field visits, community events, and referrals.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate online traffic, post engaging content, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and visits to existing customers, encouraging repeat orders and cross‑selling complementary financing solutions.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, assist customers with the required documentation, and coordinate with the credit‑approval team to ensure smooth processing.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, reporting results to the regional manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, compliance regulations, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Uphold ADIRA’s brand standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism and respect for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old (no upper age limit for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Female (as specified for this position).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, social‑media apps, and basic office software.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while meeting team goals.
- Strong ethical sense, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
