Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area, including regular cleaning of the counter, scanner, and surrounding floor space.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related queries, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with loss‑prevention procedures.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, prepare cash reports, and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and updating product price tags when needed.
- Support promotional activities by informing shoppers about ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special events.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency procedures.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Essential personal attributes: honesty, diligence, discipline, friendliness, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Basic mathematical ability for cash handling and transaction verification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when needed.
