Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to children aged 4‑12, using age‑appropriate methodologies and interactive activities.
- Develop and customize teaching materials, including worksheets, games, and multimedia resources, aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through informal observation, quizzes, and periodic evaluations, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to design cross‑disciplinary projects that integrate English with arts, science, and cultural studies.
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, such as open house events, community workshops, and promotional activities to attract new students.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by attending professional development sessions, sharing best practices, and staying updated on the latest language‑teaching trends.
- Handle administrative tasks, including attendance records, lesson plans, and reporting to the center’s director.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in English, Education, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; native‑level proficiency preferred.
- Passion for teaching young children and ability to inspire confidence in language learners.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning needs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., interactive whiteboards, educational apps).
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
