Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Relasi Mobile – Karimun (Kepulauan Riau) to join our growing sales team. This role is based at the local branch that best matches the candidate’s domicile and offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with customers in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant automotive financing markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio, fostering strong relationships with dealers and end‑users, and contributing to the overall growth of the multifinance business.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone, ensuring clear communication of terms, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Develop and manage multiple distribution channels, including dealer networks, online platforms, and direct outreach programs.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys and market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present customized financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to expedite application processing and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and community events to stay updated on industry developments and enhance personal selling skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow‑up activities, and contract documentation in the CRM system.
- Represent Adira Finance at local automotive exhibitions, dealership openings, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; graduates from business, finance, or related fields are preferred.
- Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a similar B2C environment. Fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability in B2C sales management, strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and a solid understanding of multifinance business processes.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, honesty, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s residential area in the Karimun region.
