Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our dynamic retail team at a fast‑growing coffee‑focused brand. This role is the front line of our customer experience, handling cash transactions, providing product information, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, honest individual who can balance speed with accuracy, and who is eager to learn the nuances of the specialty coffee market. You will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting both walk‑in customers and online order pickups.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area, including regular stock checks of receipts, bags, and promotional materials.
- Greet customers warmly, answer basic product questions, and guide them toward suitable coffee selections and food items.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, such as cash drawer reconciliation, bank deposits, and end‑of‑day reporting.
- Collaborate with baristas and floor staff to ensure smooth order flow, especially during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally, escalating issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings to increase average transaction value.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of cash and sanitizing the checkout area.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions, tasting workshops, and self‑study of coffee origins and brewing methods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
