Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including daily specials, ingredient origins, and dietary accommodations.
- Monitor table status, anticipate guest needs, and promptly refill drinks or clear plates to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel to address any special requests, allergies, or modifications.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, including setting up and resetting tables according to the restaurant’s layout guidelines.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by adhering to dress code, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (KHUSUS WANITA).
- Age: 20 – 25 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak service hours.
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
- Basic math skills for handling orders and cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
